Wellness is a journey we’ll go on together, establishing a nutrition plan that empowers you to let go of frustration, feel confident in your food choices and enjoy your meals again. I truly want my clients to rise and shine.
During our initial session, I’ll get to know you and your goals. We’ll start out by recording your typical eating habits. I’ll review your health history, lifestyle, and relationship with food so we can move towards a plan that will help you find a thoughtful and flexible eating pattern to create food freedom and enhance the quality of your life.
This is a safe space for all, no matter your background or size. Since the primary goal is to help you have a positive relationship with food, my practice is a weight neutral environment, and I will never ask you to go on a diet.
Initial nutrition assessment and consultation – 60 minutes – $150
Follow-up sessions – 30-60 minutes – $75-$150
Payment can be made with credit card, debit or e-transfer. All billing and payments are secure and electronic.
Registered Dietitian are covered by most health benefit providers. If you have health benefits through your employer, you may have full coverage. Direct billing is available.
If you have physical limitation, a home visit can be arranged.

Join Allison Easton, registered dietitian, for an 11-week nutrition therapy group all about intuitive eating-a self-care framework that helps people rediscover their roots and trust their body and its signals. This group will dive into the evidence-based intuitive eating approach and will provide tools and strategies to help you create a healthful, positive, and realistic approach to food and nutrition.
Group members will complete assigned sections of the Intuitive Eating Work Book each week and meet as a group to share and explore what you have learned.
Group will meet weekly for 11 weeks in Edmonton, AB
Tuesdays 9:30-11am February 11 – April 21, 2020
Wednesdays 6:30-8pm February 12 – April 22, 2020

Space is limited to 5 people per session. Groups are kept small to ensure participants get the most out of the experience.
Investment – $540 for the 11 weeks (or $180 billed for 3 consecutive months)
